Rubrik is looking for a visionary Director of Brand Campaigns to help lead the next phase of our brand journey.

You're a highly creative strategist as much as an execution powerhouse. Your track record in campaign development and creative execution is off the charts. You combine trends, data, and strategic insights to make informed decisions and calculated bets.
As a master project manager, you are known for immaculate attention to detail. You are seen as a go-to person within your function to achieve results. You understand the importance of communication and value tight relationships, cross-functionally as well as within your direct team.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and launch global brand campaigns that reflect our identity, values, and innovation.
- Leverage insights to inform and design global strategies that drive brand awareness, salience, and relevance.
- Develop, brief, and manage the go-to-market plans for integrated brand advertising campaigns and brand buzz/culture moments and activations.
- Collaborate with agencies, global comms, creative, customer marketing, regional marketers, and social media to bring our brand to life.
- Effectively engage leaders and their teams to identify gaps and develop solutions as we build a truly iconic brand.
- Partner with our paid media team on channel distribution plans across social, video, out-of-home, and others.
- Build and drive the localization process for brand advertising in key markets as we expand the Rubrik brand around the world.
- Maintain a pulse on trends in the industry and among the competition, and bring new, innovative ideas to fruition.
- Establish brand marketing goals and objectives rooted in insights and research; stay focused on driving awareness, engagement, and consideration.
Experience You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of brand marketing, advertising, campaigns, and/or PR experience for an in-house brand or agency.
- Experience supporting and leading large integrated brand-building campaigns that have driven measurable impact.
- Experience in brand marketing and paid media concepts, and can articulate and action them.
- Ability to work and stay hyper-organized in a fast-paced environment; strong time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Proven organizational, planning, and project/campaign management skills; excellent communication, presentation skills and creative vision.
- Must be confident working within a dynamic team and comfortable managing interdepartmental communications.
