The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for developing buzz and interest around promotions and convincing consumers to use our products/services
You will be responsible for :
Developing interest and understanding customer preferences.
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the company, products or services.
Answering customer questions and concerns about our products and services
Distributing promotional materials such as product samples, flyers, brochures, among others in a friendly, approachable manner
Persuading customers to download the app and reporting feedback from customer
Guiding customer throughout the purchase and requesting for 5-star ratings in Apple Store or Google Play Store
Travelling to and representing the company at fair events, trade shows or different stores from where you are based.
The Profile
You have a Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
You ideally have experience in the Sales or Service Industry. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply!
You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
You have strong presentation skills and ability to establish a connection between the customer and the product or service during product demonstrations.
You have a friendly and helpful personality with a positive attitude
You are able to comprehend consumer preferences and interact effortlessly with different type of personalities
You are willing to learn and open to feedback
