Bluebirds is hiring a Backend Engineer focused on data

We are looking to hire a Backend engineer to join our team of 5 in San Francisco. This role would involve building scalable ML-powered pipelines, designing and implementing massive data storage systems, managing the general health of the API and the backend etc. The current team has experienced engineers working on the entire stack; the CTO has more than 20 years of experience with building ML-powered products and previously worked for Google, LinkedIn, and RelateIQ (that sold to Salesforce for 400M). This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced startup engineers at the intersection of AI/LLMs and extremely large datasets.

Bluebirds is going after one of the largest, unsolved problems in a sales rep’s workflow — prospect research. We have been iterating on our product over the last year with a handful of design partners, and recently started ramping up our sales process and adding customers at a fast rate (revenue doubled in last 2 months).

We were in YC Winter ‘23 and raised a $5M Seed round from top investors in the Sales Tech space like Lightspeed Venture Partners, the former head of Salesforce Ventures, Dharmesh Shah (CTO of Hubspot), and Godard Abel (CEO of G2).

The founders Rohan Punamia and Kunal Punera met while working together on LinkedIn's Enterprise team. Rohan was on LinkedIn’s Sales Ops and Product team. Kunal was an Eng Director leading several of their AI teams and was previously the founding AI engineer of RelateIQ.
