We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing ecommerce platform team at Cartpanda.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and contributing to our overall sales strategy.
Your most important task will be prospecting and generating leads so our team can close it. You will be the first BDR from our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and partnerships
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and partners
- Qualify leads and manage the lead pipeline in a CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and messaging
- Create and/or maintain Hubspot pipeline
Requirements:
- Has a good experience a tech startups, even better if at ecommerce startups.
- Has managed a team of 4+ people
- Expert on Hubspot and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Passion for ecommerce and creator space
