Backend engineer

Polytomic is looking for a backend-focused engineer to help build features and scale our infrastructure.

We're a small team that's experiencing steep revenue growth (hence needing your help), is exceedingly-ambitious, and is backed by top-tier investors (see tweet announcing our seed round here). Both founders are technical and experienced: we've both been IC's and managers.

Our app's backend has a number of challenges to solve in the realms of both user-facing features and frequently moving a lot of combined data quickly and reliably between difference sources and destinations. Whole teams at companies like Brex, Vercel, Sourcegraph, Vanta, and others depend on data that syncs through our systems.
