We are looking for B2B Business Development Representatives to join our team!
About you:
-You have over three years of experience selling to SMB company decision-makers and are familiar with working directly with multiple stakeholders.
-You have over two years of experience owning the entire conversion funnel from lead qualification to close: this is a “full stack” sales role. We’ll provide the leads, but you’ll be responsible for working on and completing them.
-You can build rapport quickly: You will work closely with clients managing the relationship. They need to trust you before they trust us.
-You are detail focus and look for opportunities to improve our workflows and scripts: this is not a sales role where you “follow the script.” You are excited by the opportunity to shape our sales motion for this market.
-Excited by the idea of working at a startup: as early hires on a new team, there will be some organized chaos to manage. Working at a startup should feel like an opportunity, not a burden.
-Native or near-native English proficiency
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
-Managing a pipeline focusing on hitting sales quotas every month
-Define, test, and iterate on outbound strategies
-Reporting achievements and sharing feedback to improve the client experience continually
-Provide insights to marketing and work together to set up successful campaigns
