The Strategic Partnership role will be the front face of Pegipegi in front of our strategic partners. This role is crucial to support company growth target through leveraging partners' network, media communication channels, database, range of business/ products/ services.
Main responsibilities will include acquiring and nurturing relationships with partners, lead negotiation and lock partnerships, provide continuous insights, and ensuring excellent execution in all promotion campaigns covering end-to-end customer journeys and touchpoints.
Responsibilities
• Working closely with partnership manager, to develop quarterly & yearly strategic partnership Plans to ensure company growth
• Acquire & maintain strategic partners to support customer acquisition, customer retention, and brand awareness
• Scope of work: small to medium size partners, a limited number of partners to maintain
• Develop proposal & negotiate with potential partners to ensure a win-win solution collaboration
• Working closely with the marketing operation team, to ensure excellent execution in all external promotion campaigns
• Review, analyze, & improve the effectiveness of every partnership
• Provide continuous insights from partnership findings of market, industry, competitor, & customer that can support business decisions for company growth
• Provide mentorship especially from the technical capabilities/ hard skill related to partners relationship domain, for more junior team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, MBA / Master's / Ph.D. is a plus
• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience (experience in leading e-commerce is a plus)
• Good communication and negotiation capabilities
• Good project management and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Good analytical and critical thinking
