We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to co-lead a key global product line focused on interior-designer-led experiences across product planning and performance.
These experiences will be intricately designed with consideration on consumption across mobile and web mediums - across both internal and externally led use cases. User centric and results-oriented, the product manager will be expected to work with various other product managers, liaising between cross-disciplinary teams, functional areas, and geographies to build a highly scalable and experience-driven designer platform. You will be expected to constantly be on the search for new opportunities and gaps in the market, and given full autonomy to make well-informed decisions on where to take the product to best deliver the most resounding customer experience and drive business excellence. As the advocate for a designer, you will:
- You will be part of the designer experience team, co-owning Canvas, the designer-facing platform used by Interior Designers, Livprenuers, and Onboarded Studios
- You will co-own the entire experience, from working with UX teams during user interviews, problem definition, hypothesis testing, requirement drafting, prioritization, solution, execution, and delivery.
- You will get the opportunity and exposure to work on the exciting market and product launches, from go-to-markets, platform SAASification, and several exciting moonshot projects.
- You will own the adoption, success, and product metrics for your respective product area, and be given the freedom and autonomy to make decisions on the best strategy and tactics, to improve and optimize for success, to drive business impact.
- You will also be involved in the creation of communication assets (documents/videos/guides), which will be used by both internal and external stakeholders, in tangible ways.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a product or software discipline in e-commerce, platforms, SaaS industries, or the equivalent.
- Mandatory experience working with standard product management tools such as Confluence/JIRA, or the equivalent
- Experience using and communicating with standard chat apps - Mattermost/Slack/Google Chats
- Understanding of software from a product perspective, have worked with developers directly before in a functional manner
- (Good-to-have) Experience working with APIs, using testing software such as Postman
- (Good-to-have) Experience working with design tools, using design software such as Figma
- (Good-to-have) Experience working with databases, making simple querieses using as SQL
