JOB DESCRIPTION
• Identifying potential partnership opportunities to expand and grow the business
• Developing strategy and tactical partnership initiatives for designated products in order to optimize partnership and achieve revenue target
• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with new and existing key partners
• Handling the negotiate, prioritizing, and gaining best results/outcome for the partnership while managing win-win solutions for all parties
• Comfortable in delivering business decks & presenting insights
• Responsible for managing pipeline information and local client relationships to identify potential new business leads, growth opportunities or future competitive trends
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) from a top university with high grades.
• Min. 2 years experience in SaaS, E-Commerce or enterprise software and technical digital product environments
• Strong history of building and driving pipeline within channel partners by evangelizing and collaborating with partner sales organizations
• Entrepreneurial and curious in nature, hungry for growth and responsibility
• Existing network and relationships in various eCommerce platforms
• Have good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction in partnerships model
• Proven history of exceeding channels sales or direct sales quotas
• Ability to forecast channel revenue accurately with strong CRM skills
• Strong analytical skills to determine which programs work and insight to build on that experiences
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
• Strong written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia Indonesia and English skills
