What you will be working on:
- Provide strategic planning support to Governance Group;
- Develop foresight and identify opportunities to uplift the Governance capabilities across whole-of-government;
- Formulate Strategic Plan to guide Governance planning and management;
- Collaborate with various Divisions in the Governance Group to develop Governance Workplans and tracking of KPI performance;
- Maintain oversight to ensure optimal use of key common resources;
- Collaborate with various Divisions to support cross-divisional matters.
- Having experience in Planning and Management roles for at least 12 years, you are:
- Proactive, quality-conscious, results-oriented and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand project needs and challenges
- A team player with strong influencing and people handling skills possess excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in planning and management roles, preferably in Strategic planning support
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
- An advantage if the applicant has worked in a Government agency before and has knowledge of the Instruction Manual (IM) for ICT&SS Management
