Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Perform cashier duties in Cashier Offices to ensure its smooth operation to meet our service pledge.
- Ensure the transactions are being handled in accordance with the company's procedure and guidelines including AML, payment settlement of the case is made accurately and timely.
- Handle administrative duties
- Support in Mainland Customer Verification
Job Requirements
- DSE graduate or above
- 3 years solid working experience in Cashiering / Client Services, with good knowledge in insurance, financial services, and regulatory guidelines
- Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
