Actiondesk is a reporting and data analysis tool that works just like google sheets and connects to close to 200 data sources.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Are an Excel / Google Sheets wizard
- Have a good knowledge of SQL
- Are good at reconciling data needs and metrics with business objectives and needs.
- You don’t only understand the numbers, you understand the business concepts that they represent.

What will you do?
- Building dashboards for new customers using Actiondesk: when we onboard new customers, we build for them their first reports in Actiondesk. You’ll be in charge of that
- Customer support: Customers often have questions like: “How could I calculate this metric?”, “Why is this result different in Actiondesk than it is in my data source?”, etc. You’ll be in charge of responding to customers on data analysis questions. This will require you to quickly understand the business model of a customer, what metrics matter to them and how their data is structured.
- Data modeling: When we build an integration with a new data source, you will: understand the data model of the data source and understand the business needs of customers
- Based on the raw data that we will pull from the data source, you will create views that will make it super easy for customers to build dashboards.
- Documentation and templates: You will create documentation in our helpdesk to help customers build their own dashboards easily. You will also create templates for customers to be able to start from plus and play templates instead of starting from scratch
- Internal reporting and data analysis: You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards for internal use at Actiondesk.
