This role will manage the day-to-day running of the finance operations in the APAC region, based in Singapore and dealing with both Singapore and Australian offices initially with the probable addition of Malaysia and/or other offices in due course.
- Liaise with Assistant Accountant in UK Head Office on a regular basis.
- Collation and recording of employee expenses into accounts package, ensuring sign off by management and dealing with any queries.
- Collation and recording of supplier invoices into accounts package. Dealing with any queries.
- Assistance with maintaining client call-offs and other documentation on SalesForce package, in liaison with Assistant Accountant and local staff – training will be given.
- Credit Control.
- Payroll for APAC staff (HREasily for Singapore, Xero for Australia).
- GST returns.
- Other general finance tasks as required
- We envisage the role expanding further to include the following in due course.
- Preparation of client invoices.
- Assistance with IR8A tax returns for employees.
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assistance with preparation of audit information and liaison with local auditors.
- Other general finance tasks as required
