About the Role
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial data professional to help us structure data & analytics. As a true pioneer and the first person on the Data team, you will be at the core of our company. You will be responsible for trailblazing the data infrastructure and identify the hiring needs that will enable the company to scale fast.
The ideal candidate is an all-around athlete, with strong skills from data engineering to data analytics, has deep knowledge about modern data stack in a fast-growth startup. You will be working directly with the CTO and the founding team and will be involved in the early stages of the startup development.
Responsibilities

Setup analytics and reporting tools for the entire company (eg. Looker, Tableau, Superset, Metabase...)

Build and maintain data pipelines to support continuous access to metrics

Evangelize data-driven decision making across the company

Identify hiring needs for the data team
Requirements
-
3-5 years of experience in data

Demonstrated success with leading or being an early member of a data team in a startup environment

Fluency in SQL and Python

Deep knowledge and understanding of modern data stack (Airbytes, Big Query / Snowflake, dbt, Metabase, Looker ...)

Outstanding communication skills in English

Fast learner with a go-getter mentality

Good fit for remote working

Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment

Fintech/insurtech and/or B2B SaaS experience is a plus
