We are looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Tableau and a solid understanding of credit metrics and visualizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unified databases for analytical use and helping drive data-driven decision-making across the company. The candidate should demonstrate curiosity, innovative thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
What you’ll work on:
Work with large datasets to create meaningful visualizations and insights using Tableau
Understand the lending business, how various fintech products work and develop as well as define the end-state data architecture that would support best in class analytics
Design, develop, and maintain databases to support analytical needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
Develop and implement credit metrics and KPIs to track and measure performance
Build and maintain dashboards to effectively communicate insights and results to stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in big data and fintech to drive innovation
Who you are:
A data enthusiast with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on using Tableau
You have working knowledge of AWS environment and s3 buckets
You are proficient in SQL and Python
You have a strong understanding of credit metrics and visualizations
You have experience working with large datasets and big data
Motivated self-starter, with a bias for action, who thrives in a hyper-growth environment
Creative problem solver
You have stellar written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
