We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Administrative Assistant to provide calendar support and optimization to the Ribbon Leadership Team, assist with special projects, and collaborate with teams on company culture initiatives. You will have the opportunity to support many departments, develop creative problem solving skills, and play a critical role in keeping our Leadership Team organized and running smoothly as we scale.
This person is someone who understands how important time and organization is to the leaders of the Ribbon team, and can proactively find and suggest ways to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for someone ready to communicate exceptionally well to prevent fires and put them out quickly, and understand their impact on people's experiences - both internally and externally. Someone who embodies “stay hungry, keep improving” and is looking to develop their career in a dynamic environment. In short - energetic, driven and motivated.

Your day-to-day
- Calendar Management: Scheduling of internal and external meetings for our Leadership Team
- Calendar Optimization: Evaluate effectiveness of recurring meetings, suggest changes
- Project and event support: Start team-building initiatives within departments/pods as well as across departments
- Communication: Work closely with the Executive Admin on calendar schedules, stay in frequent contact with the Leadership Team, lead effective 1:1s with Leadership Team members on upcoming conflicts, project updates and suggestions

The base salary range for this role is between $85K-$95K. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
