Job description:
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Stock Taking
- Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Interacts with directors and managers to carry out their requests
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
- Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
- Attends workshops and conferences when requested
- Take care of website functions (E-commerce and social media profiles)
Job requirements:

- Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin (As the need to alias with China counterpart that speaks and writes Mandarin)
- Prior Office Management Experience Preferred
