Job position requirement: Need to be proficient in English and mandarin spoken and written.

Job description:

  • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Stock Taking
  • Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Interacts with directors and managers to carry out their requests
  • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Attends workshops and conferences when requested
  • Take care of website functions (E-commerce and social media profiles)

Job requirements:

  • Open to Singaporean only
  • Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin (As the need to alias with China counterpart that speaks and writes Mandarin)
  • Prior Office Management Experience Preferred
  • Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Work Without Supervision
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills Technical Skills, Including Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information
  • Strong Record-Keeping Skills
  • Presentation Skills, Including Welcoming Guests to Events
  • Ability to Multitask
