We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our finance team. The accountant will manage financial records, prepare accurate reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and support strategic financial decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
This role will lead and manage financial transactions in service-oriented operations, invoicing, and ensure compliance with GST/TDS/ROC standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and assist in GST filing (GSTR-1/3B) and TDS returns, Tally ERP for invoicing and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Oversee vendor payments, compliance in service sector transactions and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for GST/TDS processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience in service sector companies, with practical knowledge of GST & TDS filing.
- Fluent in any 2 of: Telugu, Hindi, English (read/write).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- MBA or Semi-Qualified CA (mandatory);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in Tally, GST returns, TDS (Form 26Q/27Q, challans), service invoicing, reconciliations.
- Proven team leadership, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
