How You’ll Make an Impact
- Build and manage relationships with kitchen operators on a day-to-day basis to understand how we can help them become successful with our product offerings.
- Onboard new accounts and implement launch playbook across a variety of markets
- Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product, and engineering team
Requirements
- English fluency
- 40 hours/week Monday-Friday EST hours (9am-6pm)
- Experience - previously worked in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success at a high growth startup.
- Analytical - there’s going to be a lot of hustle and implementation work in this role. You’ll need to think analytically about where you’re applying your superpowers to help structure the company’s efforts to drive quality growth in a process and numbers driven manner.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management or customer success: client communications via phone and email
