About The Team:
We are seeking a versatile Account Manager to help scale our business by fostering strong relationships with clients and driving growth across our portfolio. You will work closely with Product Leaders, Marketers, and Developers to manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction, upselling, cross-selling, and building long-term partnerships. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our London office. What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow revenue within strategic accounts by driving upsell opportunities and nurturing new business relationships
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to achieve upsell and cross-sell goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
- Lead discovery and pricing calls, as well as high-level platform demos
- Identify partner and marketing opportunities to support revenue growth
- Evangelize the product to all prospective and existing clients
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of software sales or account management experience
- Knowledge of regional accounts: culture, companies, currency considerations
- Demonstrated success hitting & exceeding a sales quota
- Solid collaboration skills
- Experience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK’s, Javascript and/or messaging a major plus
- Incredible attention to detail (tracking success and opportunities; follow up with customers)
- Bring a competitive, team spirit and a growth mindset
- Bonus points if you speak/write fluently additional languages, and/or have experience selling messaging products.
