We make WhatsApp ordering easy. We are Meta-backed startup based in Singapore.

Our customers are small stores owners with a digital gap (Imagine 50 years old uncles who is owner of small restaurant) . Understanding and supporting such customers are the key to success. We are looking for experienced Account Manager in F&B, salons, or ecommerce industry.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new customers to our product.
  • Supporting customer inquiries
  • Maintaining onboarding documents and guidelines
  • Sharing product feedback and market insights to team

Malaysian native speakers a big plus.
