As the Account Executive, you will play a critical role in closing deals and driving revenue for FurtherAI. You’ll own the sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close, working closely with the founders and early sales team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll directly influence the company’s growth in a rapidly expanding market. You’ll help define the sales motion, contribute to customer strategy, and be a key voice in shaping our go-to-market approach.

Pay Transparency

  • The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $135,000, with additional commission and on-target earnings

Qualification

  • 2-4+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech startups. Experience selling to regulated industries (e.g. insurance, financial services) is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an early-stage environment and is excited to help build sales processes from the ground up
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities through various stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and a fast-paced, feedback-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to close, including discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation.
  • Pipeline Development: Work closely with SDRs and marketing to nurture and develop qualified leads.
  • Solution Selling: Understand the prospect’s workflows and pain points to position FurtherAI’s solutions effectively.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and provide accurate forecasts using our CRM.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product and engineering by sharing insights from customer conversations.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Help iterate on messaging, positioning, and pricing based on market feedback.
