🌳 About the Role
We’re looking for an account executive to join us as our first sales hire. Our ICP is a renewable energy developer and we have built out a repeatable sales playbook through founder led sales. We are now hiring our first AE to accelerate our growth.
🏆 What You’ll Achieve
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to pilot and closing
- Generate leads via our outbound playbooks
- Collaborate closely with our CEO to iterate on our sales strategy
- Meet quota and continuously develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the renewable energy market, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

You are a scrappy salesperson who iterates quickly. You will thrive in our culture if you:
- Have a strong bias towards action and prioritize execution

- Easily handle the unstructured environment of fast moving startups
- Have the hunger to grow together with Paces as we scale up
📈 Requirements
- Quota: +1 years of quota meeting sales experience for a B2B SaaS product
- Hunter: +1 years of SDR outbound campaign experience
- Get involved: Does what it takes to get pilots to close
- Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
