About Factored Quality:

At Factored, we're building one of the last missing pieces of modern commerce infrastructure: a platform for consumer brands to manage their quality control inspections.

Factored was started by a team of software engineers, data scientists, and supply chain managers - all focused on one goal: enable entrepreneurs to bring their products to market faster, simpler, and cheaper. We worry about managing brands’ quality control so they don't have to. We aim to redefine how quality control is managed, and need strong engineers to make it happen.

At FQ, you will be impacting Factored Quality's bottom line and driving revenue closing deals on a daily basis. As a part of the Sales team, you will work collaboratively with fellow Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, and work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful sales outcomes. You will be the first Sales hire at Factored which enables you to help set the stage for future sales team members as we expand throughout the next year.

Our team is composed of 12 folks across our US, European and Hong Kong offices. We've raised more than $7.1 Million to date from an incredible team of investors and operators like Amity Ventures, Dynamo Ventures, Vinyl VC and Y-Combinator.

What We’re Looking For:

Factored Quality is searching for an Account Executive to join the team. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is a relationship builder, sales strategist, and creative problem solver, taking a consultative approach to selling digital supply chain solutions.
  • Positive attitude, self motivated, coachable, go-getter drive with the ability to be autonomous.
  • 3+ years of closing experience being a part of a competitive sales team
  • B2B SaaS sales experience, manufacturing/distribution sales experience is a bonus
  • Based in the United States
  • Ability to work EST hours

The Job:

We’re looking to bring on an Account Executive to help Factored Quality navigate it’s next stage of growth.

Core categories of responsibilities for this role will be to serve as point for:

  • Own, develop and execute prospecting tactics to identify potential leads and drive new customer acquisition from first contact through contract negotiation/close
  • Help build our top of funnel (outbound) and drive inbound to conversion.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by building relationships with prospective clients to demonstrate the value and return of investment that Factored Quality provides with our solution
  • Forecast your personal sales activity, bookings achievement, and update activity/prospect status in our CRM and during regular sales meetings
  • Partner with the Marketing and Product teams to increase product knowledge, maintain consistent messaging, and to market new products and solutions to existing customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product improvements

Working Hours:

Because our team is global, there are meetings that are scheduled outside of traditional 9-5 working hours. That being said, we trust all team members to manage their schedules and to take appropriate measures to take care of themselves and their wellbeing.
