THE ROLE
Campaign Management:
• Aids in the creation of affiliate plan objectives and strategies
• Able to create, maintain and execute affiliate plans based on various campaign initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to date
•Maintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaigns
•Optimise campaign execution procedures in current various environment platforms - content stack and affiliate connect
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaigns
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them
Reporting and analytics:
• Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns, and data requests
• Conduct deep-dive analysis at a partner or market level to explain the latest trends and changes
• Manage the MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking, and reporting for Ops function
• Facilitate coordination and production of monthly financial, and other reporting related deliverables
• Analyze and monitor conversion rates and conversion drivers
• Measure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metrics
• Evaluate revenue risk for new strategies and initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Provide recommendations on how to improve revenue to partners and leadership team
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or Operations role with strong knowledge of the eCommerce and affiliate industry
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
• Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing and experience with reporting and insights creation is preferable
• Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills alongside high attention to detail
• Proficient in using Web Analytics technologies such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to deliver actionable insights
• Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities, and driving the implementation of solutions to realize them
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environment
• Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment
• Knowledge of statistics, and applying to commercial problem solving
• A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results
• Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
• Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
• Bachelor’s in Business or quantitative discipline
