What You'll Do (work outline)

[As an account executive]

• Proposal-type sales for various accounts regardless of industry/industry or business scale
• Customer segmentation and planning/execution of sales strategy
• Proposal of solutions optimized for issues and goals you want to achieve
• Support for promotion of introduction projects
• Participation in product demos and marketing / PR events
• Planning and execution of projects to improve the operational efficiency of the entire sales team

[As a senior position]

• Planning and implementation of onboarding measures for new members
• Creation and promotion of large-scale projects and long-term projects
• Promotion of executive approach (enterprise executives, proposals to CXO class)

Requirements (required skills)

• Experience and knowledge of corporate sales for enterprises
• Sales experience of in-house software products
• Experience in proposing to executives (enterprise executives, CXO class)
• Experience or interest in human resources development and organizational development

Bonus if (welcome skill)

• Sales experience in a venture company
• Experience of sales business in B2B SaaS company
• Experience in new business development
• English ability above daily conversation level (may communicate with HQ)
