Who we are looking for:
Hashmeta is seeking an Account Executive who is key to the smooth running of the Client Services team. It will be your role to build exceptional relationships with the client stakeholders, using your experience and knowledge to ensure that the solutions we build for them are of the highest standard.
Supported by an Account Director, Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and the wider multi-disciplinary team, you will be expected to run the day-to-day management of clients’ campaigns and activations, having regular communication and liaison with clients and brand representatives at all levels.
What you’ll do:
- Run the development and delivery of various campaigns and content streams across multiple brands within a retained team structure.
- Ensure deliverables are managed effectively and completed on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives and client brief – as the key client and team liaison point.
- Support for KPI reporting for the team e.g. tracking project and account profitability, revenue, etc.
- Use your knowledge and skills to push clients and the team in the most productive direction to deliver.
- Maintain global information for key clients and stakeholders involved in the flow of work.
- Interrogate client briefs, write agency briefs briefing in and reviewing work before presenting to the client.
- Attend and run client meetings, where appropriate, from statuses to presenting creative work, campaign and activity reporting, and to review and approve creative and technical work.
- Work closely with Account Managers in the identification, development, and implementation of proactive value-adding projects.
- Prepare presentations on a regular basis on the performance of agency initiatives for the brand, interrogating analytics to identify insights and recommendations for future activities.
- Keep abreast of digital industry developments, launches, and client industry competitor activity to keep yourself and the client informed of the latest trends and developments.
- Play a broader role across the client service team in seeking out opportunities to inspire, educate and coach the team.
What you’ll need:
- Fresh Graduate or 2+ years in a client services role with experience of working in an agency environment. Experience in a client-facing role is a must. Proven business and financial acumen.
- Strong client management skills - build strong relationships and adapt style
- Ability to multitask on a number of projects within a program with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize well and maintain focus. Appreciation of great creative work and the ability to judge accordingly.
- Taking and creating opportunities with clients and across the agency.
- Thrives on taking ownership of projects and delivering best-in-class executions.
- Proactive, taking the initiative - a self-starter and problem solver.
- Previous experience of Google Suite desirable.
- Knowledge of digital technologies, brands, and marketing communications.
- Passion and interest in digital - ability to apply insight and understanding of digital marketing to positively impact our clients’ business.
