The job:
To support our never ending sales demand, we are seeking to hire a new salesperson. We've grown 30% since we began, and we are struggling to keep up with our leads.
As the first full-time sales hire, you will have a truly unique opportunity to build and scale this sales machine. If you're interested in joining a YC startup, with double-digit growth and a team of people who have travelled the world, this might be the job for you. 🚀
What your exciting job will look like:
- Conduct client meetings and build the sales pipeline.
- Push leads down the funnel and close 10-20 accounts per month.
- Help design and optimize sales processes to improve overall performance.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure that we gather continual feedback from customers about the product.
- Together, with the trip design team, prepare retreats that ensure customer satisfaction.

- Have an excellent track record in B2B sales.
- Have previously worked in the technology industry.
