We're looking for an exceptional Account Development Representative (ADR) that will play a major role in increasing the qualified enterprise pipeline of new opportunities and sales volume across PostureHealth's products and services. You will lead our account outreach efforts, creating compelling messaging campaigns that will garner the attention of PostureHealth's high potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a repeatable revenue engine at a high-growth startup.
This role is especially suited for people who love to write creative business copy. You will need to "roll up your sleeves" on a daily basis, have strong time management skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments with constant feedback. What You'll Do:
-Leverage detailed research about PostureHealth's high potential business accounts to create personalized content plans across the buying journey for deal influential personas
-Create strategic account campaign plans
-Draft high-value add, attention-grabbing, personalized messaging for email, LinkedIn, direct mail, and other PostureHealth ABM channels that result in highly qualified meetings
-Develop and document best practices and workflows for account outreach
-Partner closely with our CEO and cross-functionally with teams like Marketing and Partnerships to scale PostureHealth's B2B revenue engine
-Learn prospecting and qualifying sales fundamentals from world-class mentors
What You Need:
-Passion for creative business writing, specifically using limited information to create personalized, attention-grabbing, value-add, succinct messages that result in qualified sales meetings. (Ever slide into the DMs... on LinkedIn?)
-Ability to "Connect the Dots" through digital channels to get group buy-in. (Organize group meetups?)
