Loops (YC W22) is the email platform for modern software companies. We help product and growth teams send better lifecycle email without fighting legacy tools.
The role
We’re hiring a US-based Product Educator and technical content creator on a contract-to-hire basis. You’ll turn Loops features, launches, and customer workflows into clear, useful product marketing and educational content across video, YouTube, email, social, and docs.
We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter. This is a hands-on role on a small team: you’ll work directly with product, find the stories worth teaching, and build our product education playbook as you go.
What you’ll do
• Script, record, and edit concise product tutorials, demos, and launch videos
• Create email, social, and docs content that helps customers use Loops
• Show teams how to build onboarding, trial-conversion, and churn-prevention email flows
• Repurpose strong ideas across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, and docs
• Work directly with product and support to keep education accurate
• Use performance and customer feedback to improve each piece
• Learn Loops and ship your first product education pieces in your first month. By day 90, own a repeatable publishing cadence and the product education calendar
About you
• 1+ years creating product marketing, technical, customer education, or software content
• A portfolio with video content published in the last 30 days
• Active on at least one of X, LinkedIn, or YouTube
• You take ownership, move quickly, and are ready to build without a playbook
• Strong writing, presentation, and editing skills
• Comfortable learning a SaaS product and explaining it simply
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely
Bonus: experience with lifecycle email, SaaS, or product-led growth.
