About Syntra

Syntra is building the intelligence layer for medical charts: a unified system of record that aggregates data across point solutions and enables AI agents to automate administrative work. Our customers start with Syntra’s chart and claim audit and build additional agents from there.

We have a hybrid sales team with an in person office in San Francisco.

Traction snapshot:

  • We launched 1 year ago. Syntra processes $200M+ insurance collections annually and over 1M new patient encounters.
  • We consistently grow bookings or live revenue by at least 10-25% a month.
  • We are on track to 8-10x bookings y/y by the end of ‘26.
  • 80% of Syntra customers buy more Syntra software and 30% more than double their spend in the first year.

About the role

This role is an entry role to new grads interested in a career in healthcare technology or healthcare GTM. You will be customer facing and work with a team of 4-10 people dedicated to booking new prospects for Syntra.
