Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

GoSats is India's simplest onramp to digital assets. We help lakhs of Indians convert their everyday spending into Bitcoin and Gold - building long-term wealth through a habit they already have: spending money. Backed by Konvoy, Y Combinator, Accel, and others, we recently closed our $5M Series A and are scaling rapidly toward becoming the default wealth-building tool for mainstream India.

About the Role: You will spend your mornings architecting our next payment flow with AI as your co-pilot, and your afternoons shipping production code that handles real money for real Indians. You will need to build systems that scale to millions of transactions a day - card processing, wallet ledgering, KYC orchestration, settlement engines, and bank integrations.

We use AI ruthlessly. 70%+ of our code is AI-generated and human-reviewed for architecture, edge cases, and security. If you still write boilerplate by hand, this role will frustrate you. If you treat Cursor and Claude Code as your daily shipping partners, you will love this team.

What You Will Own

• Own end-to-end ownership of features from API design to production deployment - no swim lanes
• Own the architecture of our settlement and ledger systems, ensuring zero financial discrepancies as transaction volumes 10x
• Own code quality standards across the engineering team and lead architecture reviews
• Own scaling our backend to 10M users without rewriting core systems

Show Us Evidence Of Building

• A production system you architected that handled 1M+ users (link, GitHub, or company)
• Something you shipped that involved complex financial ledgering, payments, or asset movement
• Daily usage of AI coding tools - share a side project you vibe-coded recently
• Strong proficiency in Node.js / Python , React Native and AWS Services

Bonus Points For

• Built or scaled a payment system, wallet, or card product
• Experience with PCI-DSS, RBI PPI guidelines, or regulated fintech systems
• Open source contributions

First 90 Days

• Day 30: You will have audited our existing backend architecture, identified the top 3 scaling bottlenecks, and shipped your first production fix
• Day 60: You will have overseen the migration of our settlement ledger to handle 10x current volume and shipped a real-time reward notification system for card swipes
• Day 90: You will own a critical service in our stack and have set up automated AI-assisted code review workflows for the entire engineering team
