Plura is hiring a Marketing Manager to own and execute our entire marketing function — from customer insights and strategy to campaigns and creative. You’ll be the person who connects our product to the right audiences, helping us understand who our users are and how best to reach them. This role combines analytics, experimentation, and creativity, with plenty of room to scale as Plura grows.
This role requires:
Understand our users and growth channels
- Build and maintain customer profiles to guide growth efforts
- Analyze existing users and acquisition funnels to identify opportunities
Design and run paid marketing
- Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms
- A/B test messaging and creatives to optimize performance
- Manage relationships with ad agencies as needed
Grow organic presence
- Oversee updates to Plura’s website, social channels, and community content
- Drive promotion through partnerships and event producers
Create and experiment with new media
- Design and launch creatives targeted at specific user segments and use cases
- Run experiments to measure impact and refine campaigns
This is a part-time contract position, designed for a fully remote team member.
