About the role
We are hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and own our partnership engine end to end. You will define the strategy, create repeatable partner motions, and work directly with the CEO to make partnerships a durable growth channel. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path to building a team.
You will define who we partner with, why we partner with them, and how partnerships turn into real growth. This is not a brand role. This is a revenue and strategy role.
What you will own
You will define and execute the partnerships strategy across agencies, platforms, service providers, and strategic allies
You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnership agreements
You will design partnership models that scale including referral, revenue share, co sell, and embedded distribution
You will build repeatable partner onboarding, enablement, and tracking systems
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to make partnerships actually work in practice
You will own partner performance metrics and revenue impact
You will represent the company in partner meetings, events, and strategic conversations
What success looks like
New revenue is consistently driven through partners
Partners are activated, enabled, and producing within weeks not months
The partnership motion is documented, repeatable, and scalable
Leadership can clearly see pipeline, revenue, and ROI from partnerships

Who we are looking for
You have built partnerships at an early stage or high growth company
You understand how partnerships turn into real revenue, not just logos
You are comfortable negotiating contracts and commercial terms
You think in systems and processes, not one off deal
You are proactive, direct, and comfortable owning outcomes
You can operate without a playbook and are excited to build one
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or B2B services
Experience working with agencies, accounting firms, or platform partners
Experience building partner programs from zero to one
