We are in-person, 5 days a week.
What You'll Do
- Daily cold calling blitzes to multifamily and self-storage acquisition teams
- Build and run multi-channel outbound (calls, LinkedIn, email) using Apollo + La Growth Machine
- Book 15+ qualified demos per month with decision-makers
- A/B test messaging, cadences, and scripts — track what converts and double down
- Own your metrics: meetings booked, show rate, pipeline created — report insights weekly
- Surface market feedback: objections, competitive intel, what's resonating
- Build the playbooks and dashboards that scale this function
You're Right For This If
- 1+ years B2B outbound experience with quota attainment to prove it
- You've built pipeline without sales support infrastructure
- Analytical mindset — you reverse-engineer pipeline goals and track your own numbers
- Entrepreneurial bias to action — excited to build systems, not inherit them
- You love cold calling (20 calls is a warmup, not a day)
- Proficient with Apollo, Clay, or Hubspot
- SF Bay Area based, in-person 5 days/week
Compensation
- Base: $70-90K
- OTE: $100-110K+ (uncapped commission)
- Equity: 0.25-0.7% (real ownership)
