Senior Product Manager

GoSats is the simplest way to convert expenses into investments in assets like Bitcoin and Gold in India. We're a YC and Accel backed startup that is fundamentally changing how Indians save by turning everyday spending into passive investments - all designed around a simple thesis: every Indian should own Bitcoin, and they shouldn't have to think about it.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has built and shipped fintech products in India. Not someone who wants to "transition into product".
Not someone who "thinks strategically". Someone who has actually shipped - who knows what it takes to navigate compliance, payments, and the beautiful chaos of Indian financial infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for core product lines (Card, Rewards, Payments, BBPS)
• Make hard trade-offs between compliance, user experience, and business goals
• Work across eng, design, ops to get things out the door
• Define success metrics and be accountable for them

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 5+ years in product, with at least 3 years in Indian fintech (payments, lending, neobanks, trading apps, etc.)
• You've shipped products that people actually use. Show us.
• Deep understanding of India's financial rails - UPI, IMPS, card networks, KYC/AML, RBI regulations
• You default to "let's try it" over "let's discuss it"
• Comfortable with ambiguity. We're building something new. There's no playbook.
• Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate. This role is onsite.

Nice-to-haves:

• You've worked at a 10→100 stage startup before
• You understand crypto (not required, but you'll learn fast if you're curious)

Red flags (please don't apply if):

• You need detailed specs handed to you
• You've never talked to a user directly
• You think PM is about writing PRDs and attending meetings
• You're optimizing for a brand-name company on your resume
