Authologic is revolutionizing the e-id and KYC landscape. We are looking for a high-performing International Sales Director to lead our expansion into the Latin American (LATAM) region. This is a high-impact role for a "builder" who can combine strategic market entry with aggressive sales execution. You will be responsible for establishing our presence from the ground up in one of the fastest-growing regions for Fintech and digital identity.

Your Responsibilities:

  • LATAM Market Expansion: Actively seek and acquire new customers while building long-term business relationships across South and Central America.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualifying to high-stakes closing.
  • Strategic Growth: Diversify sales activities, expand into new verticals, and continuously analyze market potential to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Forecasting & KPIs: Develop precise sales plans and forecasts, while monitoring key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
  • Global Networking: Expand our international customer network and represent Authologic at major global industry events.
  • Brand Building: Establish Authologic as the go-to partner for identity verification and AML compliance in foreign markets.

Our Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling online products (SaaS / Fintech / KYC).
  • Languages (Must-have): Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
  • Sales Excellence: Expertise in Business Development and leading complex B2B sales processes from cold outreach to contract signature.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Tech/Fintech/KYC industry and knowledge of AML processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Remote Pro: Ability to organize work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
  • Bonus Points: Experience working with financial institutions or government agencies; a university degree in Business, IT, or Marketing.
