Event Manager

About the Role

As the Event Manager at Authologic, you will take full ownership of our brand's global presence at the most important industry events. We are not looking for someone who merely "helps with organization"—we are seeking a project leader who will plan, finance, and execute our event strategy from start to finish in Poland, across Europe, the USA, and other global markets.

Your goal is to build Authologic's image as a leader in e-identification wherever the heart of fintech and SaaS beats.

Your Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Event Strategy: Planning a calendar of global events (conferences, trade fairs, proprietary events) across EMEA, US, and Latin America.
• Budget Management: Full responsibility for project budgeting, negotiating rates with vendors, and cost optimization.
• Logistics & Execution: Oversight of every stage—from booking exhibition stands and logistics of materials to coordinating the team's on-site presence.
• Lead Generation & ROI: Collaboration with the Sales & Marketing department to ensure events generate real sales opportunities; reporting on the effectiveness of each event.
• Relationship Building: Cooperation with organizers of the world's largest technology conferences (e.g., Money20/20, Web Summit, Slush).
• Internal Collaboration: Close cooperation with the Head of Growth and the Product team to ensure event messaging is consistent with the product roadmap.

Our Requirements

• Experience: Min. 3-5 years of experience in the independent organization of business events and conferences (experience in the Tech/Fintech/SaaS industry is a plus).
• Global Reach: Experience in organizing events in foreign markets (Europe, USA – key).
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under time pressure.
• Communication: Fluent English (C1/C2 level) – you will be negotiating contracts with partners from around the world.
• Autonomy: A high degree of proactivity – you identify problems before they occur and propose solutions.
• Willingness to Travel: The role involves regular international business trips.
