We’re now looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and support our growing base of 250+ clients.
🎯 The Role
As a CSM at Presti, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of active customers.
This is a client-facing role—you should be highly comfortable speaking and presenting in English, managing relationships, and helping customers succeed with our product.
You'll play a key part in onboarding new clients, guiding their usage, and identifying upsell and retention opportunities.
📌 Responsibilities

Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start

Follow up with clients to monitor usage and boost satisfaction

Manage customer support via Crisp and email

Track and address churn risks—re-onboard where needed

Identify upsell opportunities and support expansion

Surface feature requests and feedback from the field to the product team
- Maintain accurate CRM data and customer notes in HubSpot
✅ Requirements
- Fluent and confident in spoken English—you’ll be presenting and leading calls

At least 1 year of experience in a CSM, Account Manager, or Support role
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus
- Organized, hands-on, and eager to help customers grow
