The Role
We are hiring an in person Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build Thera’s outbound engine. This role combines structured drip campaigns with high touch outreach including cold calling and in person selling.
You will work closely with leadership, learn how deals actually get done, and be on the front lines of how Thera grows. This is a full time, in office role in New York City.
What You Will Do
Run outbound drip campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
Cold call founders and operators at SMBs and startups
Generate qualified meetings for the sales and leadership team
Conduct in person outreach and relationship building where appropriate
Research accounts and personalize outreach based on real business needs
Track activity and outcomes in our CRM
Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and positioning
About You
Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and consistent with follow up and outreach
Curious about fintech, payroll, and how businesses operate
Bias toward action and learning by doing
Prior SDR, BDR, or sales experience is a plus but not required
