The Role
You’ll build the AI-powered workflows that clinicians, staff, and patients touch and engage with every day. From real-time voice agents to analytics dashboards and scheduling systems, you’ll own features end-to-end: architect, build, ship, measure ROI.
What you’ll do

Work directly with customers (front-office staff to C-suite) to design and build AI agents and workflows to across modalities (voice/audio, text, images)

Bring up products from 0-1 and own them end-to-end from implementation to optimization and delivery, including reliability, performance, observability, and scalability

Shape the core architecture of our products and platform
Preferred Qualifications

Senior/Staff level experience building and scaling full-stack web applications

Fluency and experience in our tech stack: Python/Typescript, Kubernetes on AWS

Strong product mindset, obsessively detail oriented, and opinionated about the right way to build
