Technical Account Manager

We're building the infrastructure that will replace call centers at the world's largest financial institutions. Voice AI that handles thousands of live calls every day for Fortune 500 banks and insurers, end to end.

Call volume is 3x-ing monthly. We're hitting problems most startups never see: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, regulatory constraints.

The role

You will be an essential member of our customer-facing technical team, focused on ensuring an smooth operation and accelerated adoption of our product.

• Own the Technical Velocity: You are the crucial link between our innovative platform and our enterprise clients. Your mission is simple: accelerate our customers' time-to-value and ensure their technical journey is seamless, not stressful.
• The Consistent, Reliable Force: You'll be the dedicated technical point of contact that our clients trust. By proactively managing communication and technical needs, you directly unblock our senior engineers and keep complex projects moving forward at pace.
