Bloom is a YC-backed startup making app creation as easy as talking into your phone. We’re building the first mobile AI editor that empowers anyone to design, build, and launch full-stack apps directly from their device.

We’re now entering a new growth phase and are looking for a Head of Growth & Operations — a hybrid operator who can lead our go-to-market strategy while scaling the systems and culture that support it.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and lead a small but high-performing team across growth, partnerships, and operations.

Lead Bloom’s growth engine across partnerships, monetization, and user acquisition — while ensuring the company runs smoothly behind the scenes.


🚀 Responsibilities

1. Growth & Partnerships

Own and execute Bloom’s go-to-market and user growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead Bloom’s AI-native go-to-market strategy, focusing on creator-led user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
  • Manage high-impact partnerships with accelerators, creative communities, and distribution platforms.
  • Build data-driven models to track metrics around acquisition, conversion, and community engagement.
  • Lead content and brand initiatives, including product demos, user success stories, and thought leadership that showcase no-code workflows.
  • Drive market experiments and refine strategies using behavioral insights to bridge user needs with our product roadmap.

2. Operations & Culture

Support Bloom’s internal operations and ensure scalability as we grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish company-wide operating cadences (e.g., OKRs, planning rhythms) and act as a liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders.
  • Co-lead fundraising efforts, including refining pitch decks, investor updates, and prep for our 2026 Series A (prior experience with US VC landscapes is highly valued).
  • Design efficient systems for hiring, onboarding, and process automation to support scalability.
  • Shape a high-performance culture, drawing on user research and community feedback to foster alignment and innovation.

🧩 Profile

You’re a multi-disciplinary builder who thrives at the intersection of growth, operations, and AI/no-code innovation.

You might be a fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience across growth, partnerships, or product-led GTM.
  • Are analytical and love using data to guide strategy.
  • Excel at relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Have experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
  • Are highly autonomous, pragmatic, and motivated by ownership.

Bonus points:

  • You’ve worked at a startup or built something yourself (ideally on Bloom!)
  • You’ve run a community or created content online
  • You’ve touched Notion, Webflow, Figma, or Airtable and enjoyed it
  • You are based in Zurich or willing to relocate, and speak (Swiss) German
