Sales Development Representative
Responsibility Statement: The SDR is responsible for delivering new prospects to FirstIgnite from the university market.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying new prospects.
· Managing high volume outbound email campaigns
· Managing high volume outbound LinkedIn.
· Phone calls.
· Running technical demos.
· Supporting conferences and sales travel
· Deep understanding of sales engagement and CRM software.
· Manage KPIs and metrics associated with success.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with FirstIgnite customers.
· Provide quick and actionable feedback to the product development team in order to continuously improve functionality and effectiveness of the FirstIgnite platform.
Requirements:
· Background and Education: We’re seeking someone with 1-4 years of sales development or account executive experience.
