What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience building and shipping production applications
- Genuine interest in LLM's and keeps up to date with current research + model capabilities
- Self-motivated, high ownership and low ego with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Excited to work in-person in our NYC office 4+ days/week

Things you would work on

Building New Features for Users: You'll architect and build exciting new features that help customers get the most value from our platform. We believe AI should "just work" for our users and you'll build features that meet their needs while hiding complexity and focusing on ease of use.

Building with our LLM Stack: You'll work with our LLM infra to create features. This involves running evals and working with our existing retrieval, context management, memory management and embedding services. You should be comfortable working with LLMs and effectively leveraging them in product features.
