What We Build

RetailReady is the first AI-powered compliance engine designed for retail supply chains. We automate the messy web of compliance requirements between brands, warehouses, and retailers - turning weeks of manual work into minutes of automation. Our platform integrates deeply with warehouse operations and connects with customer systems via EDI, APIs, and flat files.

We don’t just build dashboards. We build the nervous system of compliance inside a warehouse.

About the Founders

We bring deep operational, product, and engineering backgrounds from Stord (supply chain unicorn) and Microsoft. We understand this space intimately, and in less then one year since launching, we've signed customers including Brümate, Natural Dog Company, and Ware2Go (a UPS company). The Role

We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to onboard customers across RetailReady’s operational, systems, and EDI fronts. You’ll work with the Implementation Lead and partner with product and engineering to turn complex warehouse workflows into successful go-lives.

What You’ll Do

• Own customer onboarding end-to-end, from setup to first live shipments
• Configure RetailReady, test integrations, and troubleshoot process gaps
• Collaborate with engineers to turn recurring implementation pain points into productized features
• Manage on-site go-lives in warehouses (travel ~20–30%)
• Align warehouse teams, technical teams, and brand stakeholders for smooth launches

What We’re Looking For

• Strong systems thinker who loves problem-solving in real-world operational environments
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
• Execution-oriented: when a customer says “go,” you’re already two steps ahead
• Comfortable with light technical work (API payloads, data mapping, etc.) or excited to learn
• Bonus if you’ve worked with EDI, 3PLs, or warehouse systems
• Bonus if you’ve done implementations, technical onboarding, or solutions engineering at a SaaS company

Location & Compensation

Location: San Francisco (in-person team with occasional travel)
