Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist

Love working with numbers and building efficient systems? We’re looking for someone who can take charge of billing operations, simplify processes, and keep our financial engine running at full speed.

What You’ll Do

Manage subscription billing (order forms, invoices, missed payments).
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Follow up with customers on pending payments.
Improve AP processes for efficiency.
Support financial reporting & bookkeeping.

What We’re Looking For
2–3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable / Billing / Finance.
Strong finance & accounting knowledge (bookkeeping, reporting).
Hands-on with QuickBooks, Stripe, SaaS billing tools.
Exceptional time management & attention to detail.
Smart, proactive, ownership-driven, and a quick learner.
