About Us
Moonset Health (Summed AI, Inc.) is building the clinical co-pilot for senior post-acute care. Our mission is simple: remove documentation drag and make compliance effortless so clinicians can focus on patients. We partner closely with post-acute teams, learn at the bedside, and ship improvements weekly. We give nurses hours back, reduce burnout, and help teams deliver better care for seniors.
The Role
We’re hiring a Product Manager who’s also a hands-on Product Designer—someone who can design intuitive interfaces, drive the roadmap, and jump into customer conversations. You’ll prototype fast, translate messy regulatory/clinical workflows into simple software, and ruthlessly prioritize what must be perfect vs. what can ship “good enough.”
Responsibilities
-
Product & Design: Own discovery → design → delivery. Prototype in Figma or code—whatever validates fastest. Partner with engineers to ship quickly without sacrificing quality.
-
Customer-Facing: Join calls with nurses, admins, and compliance leaders; listen deeply and turn insights into clear specs. Support onboarding/adoption with lightweight guides and training snippets.
-
Domain Mastery: Ramp on healthcare and insurance compliance; ask sharp questions, synthesize, and simplify.
-
Startup Mindset: Make smart tradeoffs, move fast with limited resources, and embrace ambiguity.
Who You Are
- 3–6 years in Product Management and/or Product Design (SaaS).
- Portfolio that shows thoughtful product thinking and clean UX (bonus if you’ve prototyped in code).
- Comfortable working directly with customers and turning feedback into roadmap decisions.
- Able to shift from product strategy to UI polish to quick customer support.
- A strong prioritizer who keeps velocity high and outcomes clear.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare or insurance experience.
- Ability to code prototypes (React, HTML/CSS, or similar).
- Experience scaling early-stage SaaS CS processes.

- Huge scope: own the roadmap, design system, and customer-facing insights.
- Direct access to founders, engineers, and customers.
- Competitive salary, equity, and mission-driven work that improves care for patients and clinicians.
