GoSats is on a mission to build the Universal Savings Engine for India. We're a post-product-market-fit, YC-backed company that is fundamentally changing how Indians save by turning everyday spending into passive investments in assets like Gold and Bitcoin. With a $2.7M ARR, 20% MoM growth, and a 70% organic acquisition engine, we have a powerful flywheel. Now, we need a leader to pour fuel on the fire.
The Mission: Architect Our Path to 10 Million Users.
We are looking for a first-principles thinker and a proven leader to be our VP of Growth. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be the architect of our entire growth engine, owning the user journey from first touch to evangelist. You will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the executive team, with a mandate to build a world-class growth function from the ground up.
Your north star will be simple: build a scalable, capital-efficient machine that makes GoSats a household name and the default savings platform for the next generation of Indians.
What You'll Do:

Own the Number: You will be the single owner of our primary growth KPIs: Net User Growth, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).

Architect the Engine: You will design, build, and lead a multi-disciplinary growth organization spanning Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Community, Referrals, and Lifecycle/CRM.

Master the Flywheel: You will develop a deep, quantitative understanding of our powerful organic loop and build strategies to accelerate it. You will not just spend a budget; you will invest capital into the channels with the highest, most sustainable returns.

Scale New Channels: You will take our early success in paid channels (Meta/Google) and build a sophisticated, scalable performance marketing function. You will also experiment with and unlock new, unconventional channels.

Drive Product-Led Growth: You will work directly with the CEO and the product/engineering teams to identify and execute on growth opportunities within the product itself. You will be the voice of the user, constantly looking for ways to improve activation, retention, and referral rates.

Build a Data-Driven Culture: You will be the champion of data within the company. You will implement the systems, tools, and processes required to ensure every growth decision is backed by rigorous analysis and experimentation.
Who You Are:

A Proven Scaler: You have been in a senior growth or marketing leadership role at a high-growth consumer fintech or B2C product in India. You have a playbook for scaling a user base from the hundreds of thousands to the millions.

A First-Principles Thinker: You don't just copy what other companies are doing. You dissect problems, analyze data, and build your growth strategy from the ground up.

Both Strategic and Hands-On: You can build a multi-year growth strategy, but you're not afraid to get your hands dirty writing copy, analyzing a campaign, or instrumenting a funnel.

Deeply Quantitative: You live in spreadsheets, analytics dashboards, and financial models. You can have a rigorous, data-driven debate with the CEO about CAC, LTV, and payback periods.
