We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate / Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to help us grow our customer base and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for candidates with high agency. As the right hand of the founders, you will work side-by-side with us and collaborate closely with customers across the entire lifecycle — from outreach and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer success.

What you will be working on
- Work side-by-side with the founders on high-priority, high-impact tasks and lead teams
- Reach out to customers, generate leads and grow our customer base
- Work closely and communicate with customers on a daily basis
- Collaborate across product, customer success, and commercial
- Translate your customer insights into new features and prototypes
- Drive recruiting and onboarding of a stellar core team
- Build the company foundations: set up infrastructure and core operational processes
- Lead, coach & mentor other team members and support them to reach ambitious goals
What we're looking for
Personality & Experience
- You’re outgoing, energetic, enjoy talking to customers and like to convince people
- You bring first experience in sales (ideally SaaS/tech/B2B) with demonstrable success in prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal closing
- You have worked in high-growth environments (e.g. startup, consulting)
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English

The target total compensation (cash+bonus+equity) for this position is €85,000-€200,000 annually. Actual offers and compensation are based on specific job duties, experience, performance, total rewards structure, and other considerations.
